Dr. Nathaniel Stuart Gould, MD

David has been treating my Carpal tunnel syndrome for about 9 months. He answers all my questions and listens to, and responds to anything I ask him. I am confident in his ability to continue to treat me.

I am a patient of Dr. Gould's and I have Trigeminal Neuralgia. It is a very painful disease to deal with. I have been having some difficulty with it and they (Dr. Gould and Dave Campola), have been great with providing care and treatment. I recently had an episode that required me to call their after hours line. Dr. Gould called back within 10 minutes, was very attentive and called in some medications to help get the episode under control. Within 1 hour of taking the medication, the pain went from a 6 to a 2 and by the following morning, the pain and swelling was non-existent. I could not be happier with the treatment that they provide for me. Both, Dr. Gould and Dave Campola listen to me, are caring, and have a great understanding of my condition. Regardless that it is a rare condition to have, they are very knowledgeable about it. Thank you for your care and compassion. It means a lot to me to have physicians that go over and beyond to treat me.

It was a tremendous relief to meet with Dr. Gould ( and staff) who treated me with consideration, patience, and a genuine understanding of my pain. He was very thorough, explaining my MRI to me as it related to my condition. He offered complete explanation of treatment options and a plan to alleviate my pain and the cause. He truly believes in “quality of life” for his patients!

Dr. Gould is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. I've suffered from migraines for most of my life, and have tried everything possible to treat them, with only short-term relief. Since being treated by Dr. Gould over the past 2 years, I can honestly say that I've had a 90% or more reduction in migraines. I'm so thankful for his medical expertise and the care, concern and time he takes with this patients!

I found Dr goul d to be a very unassuming person so I was surprised to learn he has doctor in him back to the civil war. I found him kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the f d a falsely alleged many medications would last 12 hours but barely last 8 hours. The doctors have no choice but to along with the f d a. Someday the truth will come out. The staff there was rather unkind.

he dont care about people who in real pain...worse dr ever

Has a huge EGO, he thinks his time is $$$, His opinion of an addict should be observation, medical exams and blood tests, not EVERYONE is an addict, some people are in REAL PAIN....... think about it. Don't go see him if you have real pain!!!

By far the worst dr we have visited in over 30 years, He operates like he has a chronic chip on his shoulder...un professional, staff seems aggrevated he is a disgrace to the sdmc

Flat affect , staff is miserable!

This guy just doesn't listen. LIne you up for shots and more drugs, knowing they don't work. Talks to a person who has worked 60 hours a week for over 40 years and wants you to get back in the work force. Doesn't even recognize me from appt to appt. Done with this place. Haven't had an MRI since 2008, although they know situation is not better.
