Mr. Collins, is probably the best Diabetes specialist in this area. He always makes time for all his patients, and is very good at explaining whatever your concerns are. He takes great care with all his patients. I wouldn't go to anyone else! He recently moved, however, cards were sent out to all his patients telling them where to find him. Someone earlier said they didn't know when he left. Are you sure they had your correct address?

I really did like him I did get a letter that he had move to Mantachie. But now I’m having a problem finding out if he take Humana and Aetna insurance. I I really would like for my son and myself to start seeing him again

Mr. Collins should be charged with negligence. It is unethical to confirm appointments with patients to only have those patients arrive a week later to an office that has been closed. It is horrible that you and your office did not have the courtesy to contact these patients to let them know that you were closing your doors. I know of 2 patients that arrived today that drove a great distance (one was multiple states away) to see you. You treat patients that have complex conditions and to not give them time to find someone else to care for them is negligent and not what a prudent nurse would do. As a fellow nurse, I am completely ashamed of your behavior and actions. "
