Dr. Naurang S Gill, MD

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a refill approved, and no response. The lady that answers the phone says each time that she will contact Dr. Gill and give him the information and call it in and after the 5th call to them about it, it still has not been done...whoever runs the front office needs to be replaced...it is awful...They don't even have an on call nurse. Thinking about going to someone else...

Initial diagnosis of MS. Serious in nature and wanted to seek a second opinion. Dr. Gill questioned as to why and immediately insisted on me beginning MS medication. His staff was wonderful, but after he neglected to encourage me to seek a second opinion; thus, he did not listened to me as a patient. Epic fail.

I been seen Dr. Gill for years, I had put up with the manager and her sister attitude for years the only reason is because he is so close by and the Spanish lady is always nice but I called to day to find out some information but the manager got extremely crazy while she was speaking I was trying to figure out who it was I was it cant be the Spanish lady at all so ask her name she said I am the manager and so is my name if you don't like it oh well and she hung up.. I could not believed, I drove up there to get all my records she came up to me to confront me and told me to be quit it, I could not believed it how far they tell her go, I was told that the doctor has lost at lot of people because of her and I they were going to charge me for my records I said I prefer to pay then be treaded like that.

I had the unfortunate experience to be a patient at this office and was very disappointed as a patient and as a Nurse. My husband and I went in and had an EMG performed in Dr. Gills office, and was not sure if the machine was calibrated but I was shocked so many times with high volts electricity I was in tears. I would not recommend any patients to experience what I went through. Secondly, I received a urgent call from his receptionist office stating that I need to be seen by Dr, Gill ASAP, needless to say ,my MRI did not have anything urgent and clearly could've been discussed via telephone. Simply just to charge me $45.00 co-payment. After too many co-payments I switched to another Neurologist. Also choose a Neurologist who are able to admit incase of hospital stays required.

I have been a patient for more than 7 years and have been treated for chronic migraines. Dr. Gill is a very caring doctor. But sad to say, I am now looking for a new neurologist. I just cannot tolerate their staff any longer. I have been without one particular medication for a few weeks and cannot get an answer from their office staff as to whether or not Dr. Gill will be able to file the proper paperwork to get my meds approved. I've called repeatedly to ask the status, only to get pushed aside in my opinion. I've also asked them to let him know what's going on and whether or not I need to make an appointment again to see him, but they don't call me back. At one point, I spoke with the office manager who told me that if they "refilled" any of my prescriptions it would cost me $20 per script. That is just ridiculous. All their stupid rules... no cell phones, no drinks, no eating, and now this. I truly like Dr. Gill and believe he cares about my health but I can no longer… tolerate his office staff and so I have to find someone who will care about me, both in the front of the doctor's office as well as the doctor him/herself. I've had this headache now for over a month... way too long.

Kristen or Christy whatever her name is made an appt for me and forgot to place it on the schedule. By the time of my appt I had been in severe pain for over one week. It took them several days to return my call for an appt. Once I arrived to the office the receptionist told me that she didnt see my name on the books but my name sound familiar. She asked me to have a seat and after an hour of waiting I returned to the desk to for her to tell me that I would not be seen and that her manager has left for the day. I was extremely upset due to the lack of communication and the lack of professionalism their office displays. She told me she was trying to call other places to see if they could squeeze me in and felt that was her way of trying to "Help Me." So I leave to call and speak to her manager Nasrin if thats really her name it sound more like it began with an M. Tells me she would waive my co payment for my next appt. Long story short She then calls me back and says I do not… have a co payment but would write off the balance of my bill if it was over my deductable referencing if the bill was $300 and my deductable was $200 they would write the remaining off. This office isnt consistant at all. I spoke to Nasrin the next day and suddenly she doesnt recall the deductable conversation. I told her forget it and that I would still be coming for the appt. She then asked if I was going to be able to pay for my bill on that day. Ironically these questions were never asked when I made my first appt. ????? So I said to Nasrin it seems as if you are trying to find reason for me not to come there and she says to be honest I dont. This office is the worse and will be paying for more than just a co payment for my lost wages at this point.

A+. Dr. Gill has been my neurologist for 2 1/2 years and I cannot express how blessed I am to have found him and his office staff. I have been to many doctors due to my disease and by far, Dr. Gill and the office staff, are exceptional. I feel as if I am their only patient- in every appt and communication. Not only is Dr. Gill professional and compassionate, he is knowledgeable about my condition and how it affects me personally. The office staff is professional and more accomodating than I could even expect. I'm not exaggerating, I truly feel this way. I have never waited more than a few minutes for an appt., whether it was a follow up or an emergency appt- which they have given me on more than several occasions- incl. procedures and infusion treatments at other facilities as well as Dr' Gill's office, and even an on-call Dr. appt. All medical records & req'd paperwork have been completed promptly and accurately. The office is clean and has a warm, welcoming feel to it. I trust Dr.… Gill & his staff with my healthcare- and that is priceless! Thank you so very much.
