Please don’t Use her Dismissive and unhelpful visit. I did not feel heard, and the provider did not clearly explain her policy. Instead, I was told to go back and pay out of pocket elsewhere, even though I have insurance. The appointment felt rushed and like a waste of time.

Had an appointment using Rula platform. She just cancelled it two hours before the appointment. That's ridiculous. Completely unprofessional. If she needed more insurance information, that could have been obtained. Don't just cancel the appointment.

Possibly the worst “doctor” I’ve ever encountered. My experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. From the start, the appointment felt rushed and dismissive. Rather than offering any help, support, or guidance, she raised her voice at me multiple times, leaving me feeling judged, dismissed, and completely unheard. Even more troubling, she gave me inaccurate medical information—something I later confirmed was incorrect with both my primary care physician and gynecologist. Her complete lack of empathy and professionalism is deeply concerning. I left the session feeling worse than when I started, with no care plan, follow-up, or meaningful support. I would strongly discourage anyone from seeking care from her if you are looking for compassionate, competent mental health support.

Rude and unprofessional person. Told me she can’t prescribe medication. I thought she was a physiatrist.Why work with patients having mental problems if you’re gonna make them worse?
