Dr. Navdeep Mathur, MD

Dr. Mathur is the epitome of what a doctor should be. Attentive, caring and genuinely interested in being there for you when you need him. We couldn't ask for a better doctor. I only wish there were more of him to go around!

Dr. Mathur has been taking care of my 90 year old mother at Heatherwood Retirement Community. He is the BEST doctor I have ever met! He is caring, extremely helpful and easy to talk to. He takes as much time as you need and never rushes you out the door. The only negative is that he doesn't have an office close to me or I would switch doctors in a heartbeat. I wish I could clone him so he could be my mother's ENT, ophthalmologist, audiologist, eye surgeon, podiatrist. I can't say enough good things about him!

Friendly Staff, Very informative, thorough, patient, understanding, great ease. Comfortable interaction for a first visit. left with a smile on my face.

Ive looked all over for a great Doctor for my Daughter after making a Appointment with Dr Navdeep Mathur lets say both my Daughter and I were very happy , he made us feel like we where the only ones in his office . when it comes to test results he is very good about calling you back and he goes over everything with you makes you feel like you have known him forever and I like that , If you are looking for a Dr. look no further you wont regret it Keep up the great work Dr. Navdeep Mathur we think you are great . Also the staff are great to and very friendly .

I've visited several other doctors in the area and haven't been very happy with them. Dr. Mathur and his staff were friendly and polite, and Dr. Mathur was thorough and actually seemed to care, a trait that was lacking at the other doctors' offices I visited. I also did not get the impression that his office was trying to milk my insurance for as much money as they could. I'll definitely continue going to Dr. Mathur. It's hard to find a good doctor.

I've seen Dr. Mathur 3 times and each time the wait was at least an hour. The doctor is excellent but needs to get rid of all his office staff and hire more who are competent and have the skills and professionalism needed to work in the health care environment. twice, the person responsible for calling in my prescriptions failed to do so. This is unexceptible. I have high blood pressure and can not afford to be out of medication. My patience has run out with this doctor because of his incompetent staff. It's not worth having a great doctor with incompetent office staff, especially when you are dealing with high blood pressure. My blood pressure must be up right now because yesterday I called the doctor's office to have my nifedipine ER refilled. I called the pharmacy to see if they had received a call from my doctor about the refill. The pharmacist said they had not heard from the doctor's office as they had tried several times and was unable to reach his office. After hearing… that, I called the doctor's office today,they said the person responsible for calling in the prescriptions didn't do it.

I am over 50 years old, I have never had an experience like the on I have at this Doctors office. The staff was very rude, the Doctor was in a hurray did not spend enough time with me. My vital signs were not taken he rushed me out of the office and that is not the end . I had blood work done and a synogram , he never called to tell me the results , I had to call his office and the staff was rude and nasty .I found another doctor that takes time to call and discuss my issues

The staff, starting with the supervisor and or office manager, good use a course in patient sensativity. They ABSOLUTELY SUCK! They are the worst I've ever encountered. They would need survice the real world in a medical office where medicaid and or subsidized govt. payments and or patients are not serviced. They are dry, non-responsive and clearly non-caring about the patient and or their issues. They are a disservice to the doctors, as well as set back the profession a few hundred years.

I thought he was thorough, excellent, and courteous. I liked his mannerisms which is why I am sticking with him. I thought his clerk was fussy, but I can deal with that. The wait times could improved, but I have experienced worse. And that could be explained by the fact that he is careful to take as much time as the patient needs. He is a good listener and non-judgmental. One complaint: you can't speak to him over the phone. It's really irritating when you're trying to figure out if it's an emergency. But I guess that's what the ER is for, right?
