I have done my deviate septum surgery in 1999 and it went well. My son did similar surgery in 2019 and it also went very well. Great doctor.

I've been knowing Dr. Navin Mehta for over two decades. AS A YOUNG PARENT. HE ENCOURAGE THE RIGHT CHOICES FOR MY SON WHICH HAD HEARING LOST DUE TO FLUID IN HIS EARS. NOW HES ALL WELL... HEARING AND SPEECH.

I trusted doctor Mehta as he said my nasal surgery will cure my sinus difficulties 90%. Mostly I had left nostril nasal mucus congestion.That was difficult to drain that caused me left nostril blockage difficult to breathe heaviness in the paranasal area and other difficulties too like severe headache allergies.I changed my insurance plan that did not covered my surgery. He made me wait long to go for the surgery that Sep. was better for surgery.I waited patiently as was in influence my 90% problem will be resolved.According to CT scan along with chorinc maxillary and sphenoid sinus I had a bone spur in my left nostril. He said after removing it I will feel better. Though was scared but went for the surgery in hope to be cured. But after my surgery Sep.2016. My nasal congestion worsened. What if I was hoping for 90% relief that worsen, how could you feel. Then also waited sometime that I might feel better its just a month but in vain no positive outcome..When consulted back he said I'm… not feeling better cause I have allergies and in my blood my ige level is high that will lead to Asthma. But why not before the surgery???That this surgery was not my solution. Later, when consulted another ENT specialist he sad my middle turbinate of the left nostril was dissected completely.And if one knows how middle turbinate regulates the air temperature going inside and out can understand how badly this surgery effected my conditions. Now getting more nasal congestion than before, every day is a big mess and struggle for me. And the worst part that he said was now I do not need to cometo see him for any further consultations just keep on taking Cetrizine and use Fluticasone nasal spray. That is not the solution to my suffering. May God help him to diagnose the problem deeply before performing this experiment on any other patient. Thanks for reading.God bless all of you. Dr. Mehta was the first doctor able to give me the overview on a three year long complaint. He was the fifth doctor I'd seen. I told him what tests I'd had, what was going on, and with his long experience of seeing it all ;) he told me what was going on and eased my mind, big-time. No, I didn't have trouble with my salivary glands, as the previous, eager young doc had guessed incorrectly. No, there was no weird growth or worrying infection there, either. No thyroid trouble. It took a long journey to get to this doctor. He was intelligent, respectful, clear and kind. And then he sent his assistant in to get all that wax out of my ears. Bonus. I will be back next year. I so respect Dr. Navin Mehta.

My children and I have been seeing Dr. Mehta for 18 years and he has been the best Doctor I have ever used as a family Doctor. He is very compassionate and courtous. Very professional and up to date with all new medicines. I've been a patient of Dr. Mehta since 1999. In 1999 he performed laser surgery on me. I didn't need to see him for 10 years bc i was perfect. In 2010 I started seeing Dr. Mehta again eventually he diagnosed me with chronic sinusitis. He suggested medical management and or surgery as my options. I opted on medical management T first. After chronic sinus infections, that only Dr Mehta could manage and get me well, I was fed up and decided I needed surgery because my current condition was no longer bearable. I am happy to say this was the best decision i could have made. I should have done it 2 years prior. The thought of surgery is always scary and you have to weigh the risks against the benefits. the recovery was about 10-12 weeks. I took 1 week off of work. For about 5 weeks I was unbelievably tired. I used the bactroban ointment and once the packing was out I used the nasonex and simply saline nasal mist by arm & hammer, the other brands left a horrible… taste in my throat. I blew my nose until I couldn't blow it anymore. Once I cleared the blood and all the old secretions my nose was completely clear. Dr. Mehta is a skilled surgeon and didnt have any complications. He fixed my septum removed my turbinates, ethmoid and Frontal sinuses. I feel brand new and I would do it again without hesitation. Dr. Mehta has all my trust and respect what a wonderful Dr.
