Had facial surgery in 2013 at 67 prior to my 50th high school reunion in 2014. Surgery was amazing. Looked like a trainwreck victim first week but absolutely no pain or headaches and only took half of one pain pill(just as precaution the night following surgery. The outcome was more than I had ever expected. Uneventful recovery. Was surprised at the nice comments of class mates, I really felt good about myself and had much more self confidence than ever before. Dr. Nijher and ALL his staff at Ocala Plastic Surgery were and have been nothing but welcoming and accommodating on any and all "touch up" visits. Would never go anywhere else but to Dr. Nijher. I have recommended several classmates and friends to him and they have been pleased as well. Anyone giving a poor review must have certainly not followed post op instructions or probably would never been satisfied no matter whatever was done. Had augmentation 2012 and was outpatient and very satisfied with his staff and results. and as older person wish I did is sooner but I must have waited for the best doctor.
