The best place to go if you need radiation .

Iâ??m not sure what other radiation oncologists are out there to get treatment from. There are probably dozens of fine doctors around. But to find someone who knows his stuff as well as he does, who has such caring and compassion for his patients, and who also can advise you in a holistic manner as to how to care for yourself beyond conventional medical treatment â?? even down to giving diet and recipe advice â?? well, itâ??s just been an amazing journey. Thank you, Dr. Sharda, for being there for us in so many ways.

Terminal cancer. That's what they told me at UCLA back in 2008. The team down there prescribed radiation therapy and chemotherapy for prostate cancer to my bones, sent me to the big clinic on Eastern. I just could not stomach having chemotherapy, but went ahead with the radiation and hormone shots with Dr. Sharda. Well, this retiree is quite happy with his doctor and plans to keep him for at least another seven years! He is honest and swell and I want you all to know that here is a guy you can trust for sure. He is completely on your side, and won't just agree with the medical establishment. Buddy down south had the chemotherapy for the same problem and it wrecked him in two years. I just got back from two weeks in Galapagos. Just goes to show you got to get the right doctor.

My husband was unlucky and was referred by his GI physician. Dr Sharda saw a shadow on his liver and he advised my husband to ignore this and it was not to be a concern. We were told by a Radiologist to have the spots on liver checked out. We went back to Sharda for a CT scan and he again advised us to stop worrying that my husband was cancer free. We were later referred to have the spots biopsied and he now has metastatic liver cancer. This should have been diagnosed 6 month earlier.

Love Dr. Sharda and his staff. I was always greeted with a smile and everyone is very very good at there Jobs. I never missed a day of work or play. Had cancer in my rectum and now shows nothing. Thank you Dr. Sharda. Truly a blessing.

Seven years I seeing Dr. Sharda. He is kind and honest and warm hearted. I see two other cancer doctors and they try too many chemo but not needed. He take time to understand me and keep me healthy, working fine, tell me no more treatment needed. He speaks to wife and son no hurry. God bless this man.

Dr. Sharda, you have been such a blessing to our family. Because of you my mother is happy. Because of your honesty and caring hands she is enjoying life. 3 years ago I was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer and told post surgery that even with radiation and chemotherapy I only had a 30% chance of surviving one year. Thanks to Dr. Sharda's careful and conscientious care and his superb staff, especially his radiation technicians who are kind and helpful, I have survived 3 years so far. Dr. Sharda is a not only an astute radio-oncologist, he is awonderful human being as well.
