I love this office, they do listen to you. the only down fall is that you have to deal with constantly changing physician assistants and if they don't know you, some of them can be really skeptical of you. Then if you want to see Dr. Kaur again you have to see her PA's three times before you can see her. That's ridiculous!

There are many disabled people in chronic pain who require opiates to cope with daily living. When we are treated like deviant drug seekers, it sends a message that providers are simply unable to make the effort to read the chart notes about our condition and are clueless to the fact that in order to be eligible for SSDI Medicare/Medicaid thoroughly investigates every claim to validate our disabling painful condition. I am on Medicaid and it is impossible to be seen by a 'pain specialist' for any long term care as these doctors do not get PAID enough to make it worth their while. They send us back to our PCP's who are unable to provide long term chronic pain management and so we suffer in pain due to greed and insensitivity of the establishment. This clinic did not send chart notes to my PCP to support my diagnosis, therefore they deserve a failing grade IMHO.

Best Doctor in the world, she is accurate and precise in every aspect of her practice.

I came to the office for a follow up appointment I had for over a month that Dr. Kaur had told me to make. I waited for an hour before she came in and asked me why I was there and that she was fitting me into her day. She then went on to attack me and tell me that I was depressed and that she wouldn't help me. I told her that in fact no I was not depressed and a very happy person that needed help managing pain....which is what she does! Her employees are all very rude, she is very rude and if you are not scheduling very expensive and painful injections she treats you like garbage. I will not be going back to her office after spending hundreds of dollars on her treatments that DO NOT WORK. I have never been so disrespected by a doctor and left her office crying. I am a medical assistant and work with doctors every day and there is in no way, shape or form any right for a provider to talk to her patients the way she talked to me.

Dr Kaur was a godsend for me. I was having a terrible time with my pain and I went to see her as a referral. I immediately felt relief that finally someone understood and that I was going to finally obtain relief.A year later I'm going back for a re-due and have every confidence that the results will be as successful as the first time.

I was very nervous the first time receiving the procedure... I have had 3 procedures since, and am thoroughly pleased with the outcome, the Doctor's bedside manner, and staff's helpfulness. I can't imagine the pain I would be in if it were not for being referred to Dr. Kaur

I have seen Dr Kaur for almost 10 years. While she isn't a touchy feely doctor, she is professional and competent in her assessment and treatment protocol.After being a patient for 5 years, I was referred to my PCP for continued medication prescriptions and see Dr Kaur about 3 times a year for spinal epidurals.Scheduling appointments is easy and usually there is minimal wait time for appointments. Because professional pain treatment can be very difficult I stay with this office even after visiting several other doctors in the field.

I like her. She spent good time with me before we began anytreatment. Its a 5 day plan to get refills, and they monitor thedoseages very carefully. She mentioned injections might help me, but never pressed me to get one. Thorough staff, but there are 1500 patients a month calling for pain refills, so its a bit of a machinethru the clinic.

Initially, Dr. Kaur impresses as a caring and competent doctor. Competent she is. However, her listening skills--a vital aspect of understanding and really caring for patients--are pathetic.
