Dr. Navya Mohan Mysore, MD

I was suffering with what turned out to be a hormonal imbalance when I went to see Dr. Mysore. After 7 months of supposed "treatment" I did not feel any better and in fact many of my symptoms worsened. She kept sending me to different specialists, but did not prescribe or recommend anything to me. I kept going back and telling her how much I was suffering, and she verbally minimized my pain and suffering, telling me multiple times to come back in a few months and see how I was feeling then. I also looked at her medical notes, and many of the things she wrote contradicted what had actually happened in our meeting. For example, she wrote "denies sensitivity to heat or cold" when I had very specifically endorsed extreme heat sensitivity. I finally had a consultation with a naturopathic doctor who conducted appropriate tests to identify my hormonal imbalance and has given me many recommendations for supplements and dietary guidelines. I am finally starting to get some relief, no thanks to… Dr. Mysore. She seems nice on the surface and came recommended, but ultimately she did not listen and take my experience as a patient seriously. And I believe she contributed to needless suffering because she did not adequately do her job.
