Dr. Nawal Zeitouni, MD

Dr. Zeitouni is a nice doctor overall. However, I had a very disappointing experience with their billing department. I took my child for a well-child visit but was subsequently charged for two separate services (a practice often referred to as "double dipping"). This meant I was charged an extra copay on the well-visit because the clinic claimed some work was done. No additional service was performed. My child was not sick, and we simply inquired if we could get a referral to an allergist for a known allergy. She was not experiencing any symptoms or active allergy issues at the time, and no work was done regarding the allergy. Despite this, they charged us. I disputed the charge with the clinic, UMC, and my insurance provider. Instead of following up on the dispute, they sent the outstanding amount of $25 to collections. This is very disappointing and upsetting. I once again disputed the charge upon receiving the collections notice, but honestly, based on this interaction, I cannot… recommend this office.

Dr. Z is hands down the best pediatrician I have known with my kids, so intelligent, well rounded, and open minded, and I’ve moved throughout the entire country with 5 children for the past 7 years and out of all 12 of my pediatrician, she is by far the most professional, logical and experienced one.

Dr, Zeutoni is a wonderful doctor and someone I totally trust. She is great with kids and has a great sense of humor!

We just moved here from Dallas and I've been to five pediatrician sand she is the best. My kids usually are scared to go to the doctor, but with her it is just another great day. She is very nice and cares and loves all her patients I wouldn't go to a different pediatrician.shes the one!

Great lovely Doctor! I recommend her! She's always there when the other doctors aren't. she is hardworking.she is jam-packed with patients and tries to help fast.

Both appointments we had with her were very impersonal. She wasn't super friendly with my kids and didn't seem to have our records upfront. The wait time was about 20 minutes, which is expected at a doctors office. Not my ideal Doctor.

The amount of time spent waiting in the Exam room is very poor. Every visit my wife and I have had with Dr. zeitouni involves us waiting for at least 30 minutes in the Exam room, and that is after having spent ~15 minutes in the waiting area. What is so frustrating is that, while waiting in the Exam room, we can hear Dr. Zeitouni chatting with her co-workers about her personal life for at least 15 minutes. If it were something that happened just every once-in-a-while it would not be so aggravating but it happens consistently.

She is WONDERFUL!! My kids hate the doctor but she makes it all better!!! We did have to wait about 20 minutes in the room for a 5 minute appointment

She rocks! She's thorough, caring, absolutely wonderful, wouldn't consider another pediatrician to care for my children.
