I injured my elbow and shoulder while at work. (L&I claim). I was told by the orthopedic dr. That I needed to go through an occupational health dr to get referred to them. I called around to several places in town and told that it would be week before I could get in. I called Dr. Fiamo’s office and was able to be seen the same day with in a few hours of calling. I went and from the moment I walked in the door everyone was very helpful and willing to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend his office to anyone as they are top notch!

First of all the front desk management dropped the ball in filling out a prescription which took a whole afternoon to get fixed . Then the Dr. initially refused to give a recommended treatment which prolonged physical agony . Finally got anti-inflammatory with treatment which should’ve been given in the beginning. Upon dealing with an L and I coordinator I learned that the MRI orders were never sent in to be authorized. They told us for two weeks that it had been done which, in fact it hadn’t . Eight weeks into the injury , still waiting on an MRI, and no further along in my healing process. The hoops of dealing with L&I are hassle enough without having to deal with a medial facility that can’t seem to handle the basics of care. Very disappointing and a waste of time.
