Dr. Naz Fatima Rizvi, OD

Dr. Rizvi is a licensed optometrist and member of Illinois Optometric Association and American Optometric Association. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Dr. Rizvi earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry. She completed her externships at the University of Chicago, Edwards Hines VA Hospital, Loyola University Medical Center and the Illinois Eye Institute.
