I had a very bad experience with dr Firooz

I was sent to Dr. Firooz because my doctor and another rumatologiust I was referred to couldn't figure out what I have because the labs were inconclusive or didn't show what they expected. Unlike the other rumatologist who barely spent any time with me, Dr. Firooz asked me a bunch of questions, looked up a bunch of stuff and explained to me what she was going to do to figure out what is going on. And she actually took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me too. And we figured out what I have and after tinkering a bit figured out a good treatment too. Now I don't have so much pain and fatigue any more. Believe it or not I always look forward to my appointments, because besides being smart, this doctor is very pleasant and has great wit. She makes me laugh every time I see her and I always leave feeling well cared for. I completely recommend Dr. Firooz.

I Like Dr. Firooz she is caring makes you feel comfortable tries to relieve you of pain. Makes you feel like she really takes a interest in you . And will get to the problem and get it solved

The staff is rude and the doctor orders unnecessary tests. They are not concerned about solving physical issues but are concerned about billing for unnecessary tests.

I've been asking the office personal to send my records to another office for six months and they still haven't sent the records. In addition, they are trying to say that I booked and appointment, that I didn't and want to charge me for the missed appoint. I called the billing department and the lady was extremely rude and hung up on me. Dr. Firooz also orders unnecessary tests. I've filed a complaint with the medical board and will be filing complaints with state agencies. Stay away from this Doctor and their rude office staff especially the billing department. I will never go back to this office.

I was really disappointed in Dr. Firooz. She ordered several unnecessary tests and then didn't explain them when I came in for a followup visit. Also kept me waiting 50 minutes past my appt time and then made up lost time by spending only 5 minutes with me. i was still asking questions when she walked out of the room and down the hall into another exam room. Also on the second visit she wanted me to go in for more expensive tests without explaining what the tests were for. So 2 visits, a bunch of unnecessary tests and $500 down the drain. I definitely will not be going back there again.

She is a very excellent doctor. I definitely recommend Dr. Firooz to anyone looking for a really caring, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor.

I can't believe how long I've been suffering from arthritis and finally it took a rheumatologist to figure out I had too much calcium in my joints! I had never heard of that! But believe it or not the arthritis is now GONE! Thanks Dr. Firooz! I am forever grateful.

She is amazing! She told me I could be completely pain free and that's exactly what I am now, to my disbelief. I wish I had found her much earlier.
