Dr. Ndegwa Michael Njuguna, MD

Dr. Njujuna strikes me as a very knowledgeable, professional, personable gentleman. He has a distinctive style and personality which some individuals may find off-putting, but I found him to be charming, informative, and thorough. He was late for one appointment, but he apologized more than once, explained the reason why he was delayed and then thanked me for my patience. No, he did not give me a germy handshake, but instead, gave me a hygienic , sincere fist bump instead. He has my full confidence.

Arrogant and rude. Horrible attitude. Doesn't seem to care. Find a different doctor.

This doctor is rude, doesn't take time to answer questions, minimizes any concerns, and left me feeling terrified about my new condition diagnosis. When I called with questions I was told I had to wait until my followup appointment, which is several weeks out. They won't do test results until then either. This is with cancer. Really? No sense of humor. Doesn't shake hands. The rest of the staff staff I meet was okay. Overall, the waiting room decor was the most pleasant part of my appointments.

This Dr was covering for my current oncologist on the weekend when I was hospitalized. He came into the room and was very rude with his tone of voice, body language and his statements. He said the orders were written for discharge that day but actually, the orders were written for release two days later, per my Dr!. He was an awful person and would never refer him to anyone!!
