When I speak to the receptionist she expects me to let them know 15 days in advance when I need a refill. Because it takes them over a week to reply to my email and voice-mail. That's not okay. That's not problem. It's their job and they aren't doing it and my health is suffering because of it. Answer your f******* phone!!

Dr. Madu takes his time and explain everything to you. He listened to your issues and provide you with professional care.

Great place. Dr Madu spends a lot of time with each patient and does not get in a hurry. He explains things very well.

My first visit will be my last EVER! The whole visit was HORRIBLE. The wait time was a Hour because he is the only one in practice. Once I was finally seen the paperwork I needed filled out for a physical was not even signed. I waited till he was free again to sign the paperwork and end up leaving the paperwork for the physical after waiting a total of 2 additional hours. The total time for the visit was 3 hours plus my prescriptions were never called into the pharmacy. The visit showed me a lack of care for the individual patient and very disappointing.
