Great experience. But I tell you the problem that IS CREEPY. His WHOLE office staff was behind me when I was given anesthesia! Please make sure some goes in with you. I had NO PRIVACY when I was going through my anesthesia very unprofessional!!!!!!!!

Amazing office, staff and doctors

Ok for simple extraction but anything more complex, try somewhere else. The practice seems to lose their more capable oral surgeons. Dr Albanese was outstanding. If I would of known he was in Kennett Square we would of made the trip. There was another who was very good also but can’t think of his name. Husband needed 4 extractions plus needed a cyst removed. He was in severe pain. At first they said they could not schedule for a month bc 1 1/2 hours was needed. Then it was a week. Decided to go to Oral surgery at Jefferson Hospital. The whole process took 1/2 hour. That will be our go to from now on. They are are Bryn Mawr Hospital and Jefferson hospital

Had a great experience with the Drs.and staff. Two family members had wisdom teeth out and had very good care and excellent experience through the whole procedure, even with the Covid 19 virus felt very secure with all their precautions taken. Would not go anywhere else they are the best.

I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted with this office. Post op care put me in extreme pain and when I brought this up with their office I was told to just tough it out. I do not recommend getting any major surgery done here, go somewhere that'll at least acknowledge your pain.

I went there 6 months ago for TMJ issues. Took molds, waited while they filed insurance paperwork. Insurance paid but called multiple times for information and appointment and nobody ever called me back. Now have to search for someone who will help after being in constant pain for years

I admit I get anxiety attacks before seeing a new dentist because of my dental history, however, my primary dentist recommended this man so highly, my anxiety level was 2 instead of 750. Truly, I was absolutely impressed with Dr. Bozentka the minute I met him. His demeanor and calming "chair side" manner puts you at ease immediately. Dr. Bozentka saw my x-rays, did a new, more telling x-ray and was able to tell me exactly what work will be necessary. He then consulted with my primary dentist regarding the work he needs to do. He is so conscientious with his patients. Dr. Bozentka is so very kind, personable and, in reading his credentials and his oral surgery experiences you feel you are in good hands before your work with Dr. Bozentka has even begun. His office is bright, cheerful and immaculate. His staff could not be more accomadating, friendly or knowledgeable. My visit to ("the dentist") Dr. Bozentka and his staff was, actually, fun and, I speak the tooth.

Did not warn about all potential complications from the surgery. Uncaring attitude and refusal to provide sufficient medication for pain relief.

the doctor even called the evening of the procedure to make sure everything was ok and that I wasn't in a lot of pain.

From start to finish Dr. Bozentka & his staff were professional, kind & made us feel very comfortable. My 15 yo son was a little nervous but Dr. B made him laugh and this calmed his nerves. The office was immaculate & the staff was friendly & helpful! Everything went extremely well & my son was happy with his recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Bozentka for all your oral surgical needs.
