Hello, I'm Neal Buffington and I found my way to lovely Columbia Falls somewhat by chance, after high school when I spent a year playing junior hockey for the then Great Falls Americans, which was my introduction to the Big Sky state. While traveling with the team I had the pleasure of exploring this vast state, one place in particular that made a lasting impression on me was the Flathead Valley.  As I attended college and graduate school at Colorado State University, then dental school at Creighton University, I made several more trips to the valley. I was attracted by its open space, endless activities and pace of life.  From then I began somewhat wishfully thinking of making it my home.  That opportunity arose when I found a practice for sale in Columbia Falls and it seemed like it …would be a fit.
Now I have the pleasure to live and practice in this wonderful area of the country and I would be honored to have the opportunity to care for you as my patient. 
At my practice I believe in forming lasting relationships with my patients through communication, education and service.  I believe it is important to develop a mutual trust, which is achieved by communication and addressing a patients wants and needs.  Optimal oral health does not have to be difficult or complicated, but it does help improve overall health and ones quality of life.
