Dr. Neal Ezra

Dr ezra is a great surgeon. I highly recommend him.

Went to Neal Ezra because he was one of the few oral surgeons taking NYS Medicaid. What a waste of time and mistake! This man should not be practicing any kind of medicine, as he is nasty, unprofessional, rude and a scam artist. His assistant claimed that he had experience dealing with tongue trauma and lingual nerve injury, so I made the appointment. But after a long wait, since the office was jam packed with people like a typical mill, fast food type medical practice, Dr. Ezra proceeded to be rude, nasty, and to insultingly talk over me. After spending no more than a minute looking in my mouth, Ezra said that he had no experience in lingual nerve damage or tongue trauma, so he couldn't help me! (Really? Then why did his assistant, after checking with him, tell me that he did and proceed to make the appointment?). To pad charges, Ezra had the assistant take unnecessary tooth exrays. But when I asked if he could handle a tooth extraction and implant, Ezra said he didn't… want to do any of that work until my tongue issues were resolved(!)--meaning the appointment was totally meaningless. When I proceeded to explain my tongue trauma injury and resulting debilitating conditions, Ezra kept talking over me, telling me to speak faster, and then insultingly claimed that the horrific injury could not possibly have occurred, attempting to protect another practice where I was harmed. I then asked Ezra's office manager to make sure there were no charges billed for the fraudulent appointment and xrays, since Ezra had no intention of ever treating me or having me as a patient. His scam was to deny any care, while billing Medicaid under false pretense for the bogus "consultation" and needless Xrays. How disgraceful!
