Takes time and explains everything with options. Some Doc's should take lessons from him. You feel he cares about you and your health.

Would give zero stars if possible. You are warned to stay away if you want caring help.

Dr. Greenstein was outstanding in every respect. He spent time with me, responded to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. When he got the results of my MRI, he called me that evening. He returns phone calls promptly. His staff is excellent and as kind as he is.

this doctor is a monster , i first saw him because my former doctor was no longer taken my insurance unfortunate ( my insurance said it had to do with new policy) , so when he came into my treatment room he just started ripping my former dr , i asked can we please talk about my ra?!! i checked with nys code and conduct they said nothing, so i asked again can we stop talking about him he refuse so i walked out , what is wrong with him if you have a grudge against another dr leave your patients out of it!!

I had a problem walking from the car into the Store. No idea why? (I kinda thought it was because of old age)In one visit Dr Greenstein had me on medication and in 1 day I was able to walk without pain in my legs. I have Polymyalgia Pheumatica. I have been going to Dr. Greenstein on 2 years.

I saw Dr. Greenstein and was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. He told me I needed a diagnosis and a treatment plan. He said "you have rheumatoid arthritis and you need prednisone." He handed me a well worn copy of an office brochure on RA and a couple of prescriptions and sent me on my way. Not one word about rheumatoid arthritis and how it would impact my life. Don't EVER go to this office with the expectation that you can go to another provider. That is AGAINST office policy. Of course, you are not told that up front. They have the "lock" on rheumatologists in the area. It's a sad state of affairs for people that are seriously hurting and perhaps depressed and unsure of their future. I will never see this doctor again. I hope to see a professional who will listen to me and not be filling out the encounter form the minute he walks into the office. Three visits and I am done.

I have been a patient of Dr. Neal Greenstein for 4 1/2 years. He is always there for me, he knows me and what my needs are. He looks out for my best interest. He knows all the current medications for RA and those still in research. If I need to see another physician for any reason, whomever he refers to has never been a disappointment. I am very fortunate to be one of his patients.
