Dr. Neal S Leleiko, MD

I was a patient of this doctor in the 1990’s. I was a teenager at the time, and once, when I went for a follow up exam without parental supervision, he had me lie down for what I thought was a routine gastric exam. He then proceeded to lift my shirt and move aside my bra to gaze at my breasts. He told me he wanted to see if they had “developed”....I only realized years later that this had nothing to do with why I was being examined and that I had, in, fact, been sexually assaulted.

Exceptional physician

Dr.Leleiko is a insensitive Doctor with absolutely NO bedside manner. After lightly pressing on my daughter's belly, he flat out told my 6 year old that she needed to loose weight and didn't care to read the 6 pages I was told to fill out prior to the appointment. Had he and he wouldn't have been such a jerk. he told us to see a psychiatrist, why? She was fine BEFORE we went and is now absolutely traumatized. Since then we saw her pedi and had a simple blood test that the levels were extremely high for Celiac. Had he not been such a ignorant jerk and listened, to us he just might have figured it out all by himself instead of assuming it was 1 thing & not wanting to "take any risks with any testing" Didn't satisfy the issue. We expect a apology. Since then my daughter has had additional blood work and a Endoscopy procedure... results are certain that she has Celiac Disease. Had he just opened his ears and listened, maybe he would have figured it out himself.
