I struggled with severe acne for 5+ years and tried everything on the market. I even took Accutane which cleared my skin for a year, but eventually my acne returned. I joined the acne practice online in 2017 when I was suffering from horrible persistent acne. I found the medicines very strong and rough on my skin and quite painful. I was also worried about the lack of progression I was seeing, and when I consulted Dr.Neal I found him to be quite abrupt and unprofessional verging on rude in dealing with my queries via email. He operates in a strict/military manner with no consideration for people's individual circumstances. I decided to stop the treatment about a few months in, and I then turned to different treatments. My acne has now been under control thankfully with the other treatments. The reason it took me so long to write this review is because I had almost forgotten id been through that experience. Reading the old emails, I remember feeling ashamed and let down after spending so much money on something I thought would be great for my skin. Just putting this here incase anyone is thinking of joining, make sure you do your research first.

Dr. Neal has helped me resolve a skin issue that I held for 30 years, starting when I was in H.S. into my early 40's. Dr. Neal changed my life. Since the time I was 16 (I'm now 38), I had varying gradients of acne. Large bumps, small bumps, rash-like symptoms. I spent tens of thousands of dollars over those years on clearing my face, which became a daily, obsessive emotional and financial expense. I thought I would never have relief from symptoms that dermatologists saw as a mere skin issue, which they had no idea how to treat. Acne, Dr. Neal, convinced me, is totally treatable and, with targeted daily self-care, totally clearable. It only took me three months to clear what took years to create with surface oil. I learned how to clean my skin, watch for oiliness, and extract bumps. My long-time dermatologist gave me a rosacea diagnosis several years ago, and attributed my acne to that. She prescribed an oral antibiotic and 3 topical gels or creams. Dr. Neal saw the rosacea more as a result of sebborhea and I followed his Boot Camp. I am off the oral antibiotic and all 3 prescription topicals, and I have better results (less redness, bumps, acne, etc.) that with what I was getting with the prescriptions pre-Dr. Neal. I fully, whole-heartedly and without reservation endorse Dr. Neal and his approach.

I've been dealing with Seborrheic Dermitis on my face since the age of 18. I tried numerous products, and treatments, and met with many Dermatologists. The products I used before the Acne Practice did reduce my symptoms, but never cleared them enough to make me feel comfortable. I've even used the Acne Practice products about 5 years ago, but gave up on it after a week. However, I recently re-visited the Acne Practice and noticed an enhanced system of videos, daily correspondence, and upgraded products, and signed up again. It has been only 18 days since starting on the Minimal Kit from Dr. Neal, and it is incredibly better than I've ever seen. I used to constantly look at the mirror to see how bad my skin is. ACNE PRACTICE CHANGED MY LIFE! I struggled with mild to severe acne for 5+ years until I discovered Dr. Neal's practice. Dr. Neal is AMAZING!!! I'd give him six stars if I could. He's professional, genuine, courteous, invested, and truly cares about your results. One important fact that separates him from others is that he's been there himself with acne. He truly can appreciate the small milestones because he "gets it!" I highly recommend working with him. I suffered from pretty bad acne and, I look and feel great now. Great products, amazing Doctor!!!

I struggled for years attempting to fix the bumps and oily skin on face. I tried everything from Accutane, lasers, antibiotics, prescription creams and just regular stuff you would find at the store and none of it worked. Dr Neal has the best acne program and products. My skin is near perfect now and I know exactly what do to if it ever got out of control again. And heâ??s always there for me if I have questions. I will be a lifelong customer and I suggest Dr Neal to anyone who has been struggling with acne.
