Dr. Neal Stoddard Topham, MD

Topham performed breast reconstruction surgery on my left breast. I had several issues after swelling due to not all fluid drained. End result breast was disfigured left flaps of skin hanging and fat on side of breast. I went back to have a second surgery to fix reconstruction surgery.

In my opinion, this doctor took unnecessary risks and performed a tram flap with extensive herniation. It turned out to be a surgery he should have backed out of as soon as he noticed the potential for complications. I am now totally disabled and disfigured. I will never be able to hold my grandchildren. A delayed proper treatment for nosocomial infection resulted in additional medical expenses. Improper medical protocol. Little did he know my background medical training. The almighty dollar was more important than my outcome. I do NOT recommend, and consider untrustworthy.

Dr. Topham replaced my implants that I had placed 12 years ago post cancer. He did an amazing job, minimal scars have healed very well. I recommended Dr. Topham to a friend for the same surgery and she was also very happy and impressed.

Left me disfigured for life! Arrogant, non caring physician. Would never recommend him. Two of his colleagues said " you stumped Topham and nobody stumps Topham". Had open wounds for 2 years and he did nothing for me except get paid by my insurance company

Left me damaged after surgery and performed a lackluster repair surgery that didn't fix the disaster created and STILL must be corrected via additional surgery. Allowed fellows and residents to do his work. Would not look me in the eye.

Dr. Topham is rude and unprofessional. He yells and curses at his staff and provides a hostile work environment. His overall abusive demeanor leaves one to question his judgment and ability. I would not recommend him in good conscience.

Dr. Topham is a very competent surgeon. I call him not only an excellent surgeon but a true "artist"! I also experienced some complications during my surgery (due to a previous surgery-nothing to do with this procedure) and he was able to discern the problem and make immediate decisions that made this surgery successful. I truly feel my surgery would not have been successful if it were not for his talent and expertise. I recommend him highly. His professionalism and talent are unsurpassed.

Would not reccommend this doctor. wonderful staff, 21/2 years after recontruction and still not healed no answers. He told me sister i was nuts and need to see a pyschiatrist!!!!

Prior to this treatment i had radiation on the effected side dr topham did a wonderful job can't say enough good about a hard working doctor
