Dr. Ned Elmer Beiser, DO

This doctor is only open certain days of the week. This is so inconvenient for patients. I paid $40.00 for them to fax my fmla papers to my job but they never did. They also refused to give me back my $40.00 and instead kept it. Now i'm having to look for a new doctor. Such a headache. Hope they enjoy that $40.00.??

Dr. Beiser has treated my entire family and I recommend him to any and every person who needs a physician. I come from a family of medical professionals and they trust Dr. Beiser to care for and treat any medical problem they present to him. We are grateful for him and for his staff.

Dr. Beiser is there for you when you need a good doctor. I value his input on my health care. He has a wealth of knowledge.

The office staff are rude and unprofessional every last person. They don't respect the doctor or value the patients. Dr. Beiser is great but lost me as a patient because of the staff.

Your Office Manager "K" is the most unprofessional person I've ever talked to on the phone. I recd phone calls this morn in re to the drs name on my caller id w/a different number. "She went totally left - to quote her "I don't know why you are calling lady" then realizing it was a fax #. So unacceptable. I would suggest sending her to a management class to get some more training.

Dr. Beiser was the 3rd doctor I visited about my shoulder. I wish he was the first one I visited.

Horribly rude staff. Lied to my face and won't take responsibility for mistakes.
