I always feel heard by the doctor and staff. I believe they fully have the best interests of my 3 children at heart, but listen to me if I have concerns. They are easy to get into for appointments if a child is sick and needs care. Dr Pasyar has knowledge and care, Top notch care. Nothing but positive things to say!

We respect all the physicians as they are special humans. But we left with more to be desired during/after our visit. We recommend Dr acquires better listening skills and need to maintain more patience with Patients'. May be the Dr had a rough day!

We went to urgent care as my kid had a red eye with discharge and a fever. This is where we met Dr Payar. She misdiagnosed my kid’s symptom for a pink eye and gave an antibiotic prescription drops where we had to use 4 times a day for 7 days. She also said my kid had sinus infection and pneumonia based on the crackling in the chest and gave antibiotics for that. Two days later we visited my kids dr, he asked to stop the eye drops as the red eye symptom was due to the sinus infection. He couldn’t hear the crackling in the chest. But kept the antibiotic syrup as it was useful for the sinus infection.

If I could give this doctor a negative rating I would. We came to the urgent care with my one and half year old who was breathing fast and signs of a cold. We were taken in right away, then the nurse checking us in decided to take us to a different room where he could be monitored closely. Dr. Pasyar came into the room and checked my son. She stated that he was slightly wheezing and he needed a nebulizer treatment and if the first didn't work, they would do another and then another, up to three before they recommend we take him to the ER. She further stated he had a double ear infection, and that his breathing was normal with having a cold and the double ear infection. Long story short, after the second treatment, she said he was fine and we need to take him home and use the nebulizer every 4 hours. She did not give clear instructions and seemed like she wasn't concerned. Although, I was not comfortable with her recommendation, we took him home. We were home no more than 15 min when we… decided, he did not look right. We took him to Stanford ER and he was taken in right away. The doctors seemed to be running around him and seemed extremely concerned. We were told he was the sickest patient they had all day. He was put on continuous albuterol, oral steroids, and magnesium. Within hours he was admitted to pediatric ICU at Lucile Packard. On top of all that, he didn't have an ear infection in either ear. I was extremely disappointed. If I ever take him to this urgent care, I will request to see a different doctor, or go to an ER than have my children be seen by Dr. Pasyar.

Dr. Pasyar is amazing with children. We took our 4y/o to the urgent care, she is usually scared of doctor's office but Dr. Pasyar was so patient, nice and gentle with our daughter that she ended up leaving urgent care with smile. We highly recommend this doctor and this urgent care.

Amazing service! extremely friendly and professional doctor. I took my 10 yeras old Son for abdominal pain . Dr. Pasyar diagnosed appendicitis quickly , contacted the surgeon immidiately and transferd us to the the hospital.

We took our one and half year old to the urgent care at MV office of PAMF, Dr. Neda Pasyar was assigned to see us. As the other review pointed out she quickly gave the diagnosis of common cold, and sent us home without any further treatment. My son's condition became much worse and we had to bring him back to the same facility 2 days later, and received different diagnosis. Dr. Pasyar didn't seem to pay much attention to the patient during the visit, and did seem to care about the wellness of the patient as well. I have to give this service a 1 star, and feel strongly that I should let other parent know in case they need to visit and the same facility, and ran into the same situation as we did.
