Dr. Neel Ramesh Patel, MD

I had follow up appointment where he was supposed to compare my old records to the new tests . He hadn’t sent for the tests so he had nothing to compare so I had driven a total of 3 hrs for nothing. When I said I am not happy and you should have called me if you were not prepared.. his response was you can go somewhere else.No taking responsibility. He also said the results look fine, knowing Vandibilt cardiologist s were monitoring me bc it was getting worse. Then he said I am not a doctor for congenital heart problems, I was left with the sense a lot of things would be missed. I would not trust my life on someone whose first instinct is to make it not his problem when it is squarely his problem. It means the problems won’t get fixed

I have been taking my mother to Dr. Patel for the past two years and he has been nothing but excellent. He listens to your questions patiently and then he will explain your diagnosis until you understand. His staff are very friendly and also listen to you when you talk. He and his office staff make your office visit very pleasant. I would defiantly recommend him to other patients.

Dr. Patel did everything he could for my Dad. And when he passed, Dr. Patel took the time to come to our “celebration of life” party to pay his respects. (Dad passed due to other issues. Nothing to do with his heart). We love Dr. Patel and recommend him to ANYONE who needs a great cardiologist.

Much attention to details

Dr. Patel's office staff and he are just the best. They are warm, friendly, spend plenty of time with their patients and take time to explain everything. I would and have recommended him to many.
