Dr. Neelam Gupta, MD

I have had the worst doctor experiences here!! (unnecessary tests and wait time....gee... if you know what I am talking about) The billing department should just fire themselves. Kanchan Marya is just so unprofessional, non cooperative and nasty! Just cant deal with the staff. There are a million doctors but personally I would just go to the one that has courteous and friendly staff. Never going back!

I used to think Dr. Neelam was an excellent physician. She has diagnosed and treated me for health issues other physicians had missed. Now her demeanor is terrible. The office is so filthy I would never think of getting a procedure done there. I won't go there for a regular visit anymore as the office has a nauseating smell. I have heard the way she speaks to her staff and it is disgusting. I don't know what happened at that office but it is not the same. She orders unnecessary cardiology tests (of course referring me to her husband)with more copays. I don't know what happened at that office but it is not the same and I will not go back.

Run. There are better doctors anywhere. The primary goal of this practice is to make money, not make you better. They churn you through unnecessary "appointments" order zillions of tests and get you back in the office as frequently as possible for your co-pay and not your health. Average wait is easily 2+ hours and average appt length about 5 or 6 mins. Poor communication skills. Office staff is equally useless. If you read your explanation of benefits (EOB) you will find little correlation to what actually transpired during the office visit. We left before they could do harm. I recommend you do the same. Vote with your feet. Leave.

The doctor is wonderful, but I cannot deal with the wait time!!!

Dr. Gupta has taken me through some very difficult medical problems and I have come away healthy and grateful! Truely a caring physician in every way.
