Dr. Neelima Nyayapati, MD

Dr. Neeli, as she is called, is exceptionally kind, compassionate, intelligent, and very thorough. I found her to be exceptional in every regard. I adore her!

My primary provider was not available to see me due to leaving the healthcare system, so I booked an apt with Dr. Nyayapati and I wish I had waited or gone to the walk-in. It did not seem like she cared about my symptoms at all. She half-read my previous medical record notes and mentioned me drinking 12 cups coffee and day, which in my record it stated 12 cups of water, so it seemed she was rushed and didn't not thoroughly read my history. She in short accused me of provider hopping, which I had no choice to change providers due to my PCP leaving and she rolled her eyes at me. At the end of the visit, she told me that I needed to follow up with a primary care provider, but not follow up with her. I left the appointment in tears because of how I was treated. Luckily I found a primary provider that actually listened to me, ordered lab and a CT scan and found out I had decrease kidney function with kidney stones.

She is very compassionate and accurate with diagnosis and treats her patients with kindness and appropriate recommendations however she is difficult to get into as her office reports that she is booked out 6-8 weeks in advance .

Be careful with this doctor. She continually cancels appointments. Save your time and pick a different primary care physician.

Docter Neelie overall is a good docter, but is judgmental about her patients. She does her best to do everything she needs to, to insure your heath but does tend to overlook things because she judges her patients. But she is kind. Her nurses and staff are wonderful and she is also. She just could stand to loose her "judgement" of her patients. We know how we feel. Pain or not. Sick or Not. Otherwise your wonderful.
