Dr. Neelkamal Kaur Randhawa, MD

My mother was re-admitted to White Plains Hospital after passing out at home. She had the grave misfortune of having Dr Randhawa as her attending physician. My mother has a complex medical history - Alzheimers, afib, heart disease, osteoarthritis, etc. Dr. Randhawa WITHOUT speaking to her cardiologist who is on staff at WPH, her neurologist or her primary care physician comes into tell me that I should think about hospice for my mother because they cannot find a reason for her recent bouts of fainting. Dr Randhawa went to medical school in the caribbean and her specialties are vaccines, weight loss, heartburn, immunizations, and check-ups. Why she felt qualified to make a statement that my mother was no longer worthy of care and put into hospice was extremely disturbing. My mother's complex medical history is clearly way beyond her skillset. She shoud stay in her lane and stick to patients who belch too much or need to lose a few pounds. I am disgusted by her behaviour.
