Dr. Neelu Arora, MD

Dt. Arora was amazing. She help me with both my pregnancy. My first pregnancy was high risk and i was passed to dr after dr. My last doctor i had before loosing the pregnancy was dr. Arora. She was very kind and knowledgeable and help me through the process. And when i got pregnant again the next year she was very hands on and help me through all the emotions and was very patient with me and explain everything that was happening. She even gave me extra appointment around the time i lost my first pregnancy to reassure me everything was fine. After the pregnancy she still check on me and continue to be a excellent doctor

Dr Arora is nothing but caring and sweet. She truly takes her time to hear your concerns and answer your questions. She has amazing bedside manners. I felt super comfortable in every appointment with her. I had two preterm babies before being her patient and I saw her with my third pregnancy and happy to say she took the right steps to bring me to full term this time I am now 38 weeks and having a baby any day. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!!

Dr Auroa was my OB for my pregnancy. She comes off as nice, but is in fact a cold person. Her bedside manner is not caring and very detached. My appointments were quick and rushed. She also isn't knowledgeable. When I asked a simple pregnancy related question, she gave me answer that differed quite a bit from something I had read; when I questioned her answer, she had to look up the information and was reluctant to admit she was wrong. Additionally, she told me I had gained too much weight and made me feel bad, but failed to realize that I hadn't seen her in 8 weeks and was actually on track. She also questioned my husbands integrity when he questioned her. After my pregnancy she was even more detached and was strictly business at my follow up appointment. Furthermore, she refused to approve a prescription that I had taken before my pregnancy despite having a bad reaction the generic brand that she kept trying to pressure me to take. When I wrote a complaint she sent me completely… unprofessional and rude email. If you want a good patient/ doctor relationship, pick another doctor. She is the worst OB I've ever had.

Dr Arora is amazing. She is super knowledgeable and understanding. She is a little stern but it does us women some good to not be "babied" in this arena! She is direct and to the point. She did my hysterectomy and was amazing! I healed fast and she let me take my time in doing so. I was scared but once I was amazed by her level of knowledge I was at ease. She is the best and so young!

I was blown away with how amazing of an experience I had with this doctor. I'm sure there aren't any women out there that enjoy going to these visit, but I have to say, Dr. Arora made me feel SO SO comfortable. I went in for a colposcopy and was super nervous about it. She sat with me and took her time going over information and how our visit would go; she was VERY INFORMATIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. She asked me throughout the visit if I had any questions. During the procedure, she was very gentle (it hurt less than my pap did) and calming. I can't say enough good things about this doctor. I highly recommend this doctor to any and all women that need to see an OBGYN!
