Dr. Neelu Kohli, MD

Terrible, uncaring doctor who yelled at me for not responding to her while having a seizure in the ER. The entire staff was awful and it took other patients and my mother coercing her and her staff to help me. I was left in my own urine in my ER bed, and treated like a criminal because I have ongoing mental health issues. She didn’t care to help me and made it very clear she thought I was beneath her. Some people shouldn’t be doctors if they’re expecting it to be exciting like Grey’s Anatomy. Go to a different ER if you can.

Saw her at Kaiser ED in Moreno Valley & she was extremely rude. She did not acknowledge or sympathize with the pain I was enduring. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with other staff there like the nurses & other physicians but she was horrible! Had no bed side manners & spoke to me like she was lecturing me with a passive agressive tone instead of informing me/teaching me medical information. She also ran tests that were already ran the day before so all came out negative of course. Made no progress in diagnosing me.
