The level of care provided by this office is totally UNACCEPTABLE! When it comes to my little one I expect nothing less than the best and this doctor and staff are far from it. I found that our pediatrician was slowly turning into the corner urgent care because they are completely inflexible to get our child in when she is ill. Their answer is to refer us to the ER or urgent care. Kids get sick! A pediatrician needs to have a flexible schedule as to accommodate for emergencies. In addition, regularly scheduled appts are OFTEN cancelled by the provider on short notice because the doctor decides to go home early or has family emergencies that take priority. I do understand that at times these situations can arise but not on a consistent basis. My last appointment was cancelled two hours prior because they had cancellations in their schedule ahead of my appointment and the doctor didn't want to "wait around just to give a flu shot". WHAT?! I had scheduled an appointment … and made arrangements to be there. My advice is to find another office as our family is doing.

Very educated doctor

Everyone there is wonderful, especially Dr. Bhargava. We have been going there for 7 years now.

The doctor is OK. I have some experience in the medical field and even though the doctor's performance is great, her staff is lacking customer service skills. I met two nurses that were great, but the front desk staff was cold and when I encountered some insurance issues , were pressing me to pay from my own pocket BEFORE the doctor could see my son. Ike I said...nothing wrong with the doctor but front desk staff is awful.
