Dr. Neenad M. Shah

Dr. Shah is the most compassionate doctor we have ever met. My husband had Cancer in his lungs and Dr. Shah was there for him every step of the way answering all his questions and giving him the care he needed. He was also available for questions any day of the week. Bottom line he truly cares about his patients. Wonderful doctor. His Staff was also very kind and thoughtful. Thank you. Excellent service and care

Following breast cancer surgery I was directed to Dr Shah, a Radiation Oncologist located in Flagler Hospital, St Augustine, FL. I found Dr Shah to be a caring and compassionate medical practitioner who took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. His weekly assessments during my six-week radiation therapy treatments were comprehensive and reassuring. His treatment facility was pleasant and immaculate, and scheduling was easy. The staff was cheerful, responsive, efficient, and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Dr Shah and his staff are the best. I was referred to his office and it was the best decision I made. He took the time to explain the radiation treatments..made sure I understood and answered any questions since I had know idea what to expect His staff made me feel comfortable and at ease everyday...walking into smiling faces made it so much easier. Very consoling on a bad day and picked up my spirits with a smile and a gentle hug. His staff is very professional, caring and there to answer any questions or concerns. My experience with Dr. Shah as a patient receiving radiation treatment for breast cancer has been an exceptional and excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Shah explained my treatment plan in thorough and understandable language every step of the way. If I ever had any questions or concerns he was always available to answer them. Dr. Shah and his staff were so wonderful, caring and supportive during a very stressful time during my cancer journey. My emotions were all over the place and Dr Shah spent as much time as needed answering questions and made himself available to discuss anything 24/7. I have never had a Dr. devote so much time to me as a patient. His team of technicians and support were like family to my husband and me. I was referred to Dr. Shah by my surgeon for a consult to discuss the concerns I had about radiation treatments. Dr. Shah took his time and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand. He answered all my questions, encouraged my family members to ask questions and made me feel relaxed and confident with my decision. He is a very compassionate, honest and knowledgeable Doctor.

Cancer is a life changing diagnosis. You are scared and unsure how to proceed with your care and treatment. I was referred to Dr. Shah at Florida Cancer Center in Flagler Hospital for radiation after my breast cancer surgery. Dr Shah was extremely comforting and explained everything to my husband and myself. By the time we left that day, we knew how I was going to be treated, how long it would take, and how it would affect my life. Once I started treatment, I realized Dr Shah's staff was as fantastic as he was. From day one, they made me feel comfortable. As the days and weeks went by, my treatments actually became enjoyable, due to the phenomenal staff they have! I am now cancer free and feel fantastic. I love Dr. Shah and his entire staff-they obviously love what they do and do it with caring and compassion!

Facing radiation, my husband and I met with Dr. Shah to discuss my treatment options. He explained in great depth the history and evolution of radiation treatments in my type of cancer, as well as the process and procedure for my upcoming treatments. He encouraged questions and made sure my husband and I understood the plan. I met with him weekly, but he was available to me at any time if I had questions or concerns. The technicians were supportive, they explained what they were doing and made me comfortable during each treatment. His nurse was kind and caring, and it was always a pleasure to talk with her. Without a doubt, Dr. Shah and his staff are compassionate and caring, and they provide a safe and supportive environment for their patients. If you must undergo radiation, I highly recommend Dr. Shah and his team.
