Dr. Neepa Rajnikant Shah, MD

I have been a patient with Dr Shah for four years. I love Dr Shah because she takes time with her patients and listens and answers any questions that I have. She always gives me advice and explains to me about what going on with my health, because she is concerned and cares. She is very honest and never rushes to get you out! She is always Professional and always shakes my hand, even hugs me, because I am a hugger! I will forever bd with Dr Shah!!!

Do not use her

This physician was difficult to reach and hides behind a number of assistants, PAs and nurses. She's too important to deal with her own patients.

Unfortunately could not get to the doctor because phone lines remain busy for 40 minutes just to tell you that the phone lines are not working and then there is no option to talk to someone in clinic . You cannot get through anyone totell you directions and then you get refused to be seen. How can you communicate when there is no option other than go to VM ?all I was trying to call was whether they would see u if we r running a little late Very ridiculous and confusing way to clinic and no guidance 20 mins late and not seen Very very disappointed... Will never come here again No concern for other persons time Being a physician I do understand these issues but there shud be accommodations made for that by the physician which she showed no interest in and no courtesy Do not recommend if you are in need of any decent service To top it all I do work in the same hospital as the physician Very unethical

Dr. Shah is an exceptional professional physician. She spotted my thyroid problem immediately and is using a plan to fix the problem. Dr. Shah is easy to talk with about any problem that needs to be addressed. Great visit and will be going back to see her in several months.
