Unethical and criminal practices. Will force you to undergo unnecessary procedures for profit. I've been going there for 2 years and once I established insurance their policies changed. They mandated that undergo a very expensive and invasive procedure again that I did last year, just to continue care. They explained that it was my insurance that required it. My insurance company called to tell them that was not the case, but they still refused to continue my ongoing care unless I paid for this expensive procedure. That's a scam and it's criminal.

Terrible service, botched first try for making a partial, 2nd try is taking MONTHS. Called to ask for the "lab' number to help expedite - after waiting 3 weeks... after waiting MONTHS... and was hung up on. Called back and they said I was harassing them, they will call the police! Once you've paid, it's tough luck. Terrible service, rude on the phone, no follow through -- complain about pain and get ignored! Go ANYWHERE else!

This office is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate in regards to their patients, their needs and personal time. They need to be reminded that they are a service that WE pay them for. I had a procedure performed and called back with specific questions regarding what the doctor had done, concerned something was not right. I waited three days and was then told that the doctor is too busy and does not take her patients phone calls. Unacceptable! Do not overbook yourself as a physician to the extent that your patients quality of care is diminished. The response from the office staff to my questions regarding my procedure was, "The doctor did what needed to be done and if I had any further questions I needed to come back in." I was not in pain and there was no emergency requiring her to examine me and to come in but I have a right to specifics and my concerns addressed specifically. Unheard of! I was ALSO scheduled with an endontist for two weeks post visit to have… another procedure done to apparently correct a mistake of a previous dentist. I called to make sure that my pre-approval had been sent and the insurance company had never received it. NOT only that, but the endontist had to cancel for the foreseeable future due to a family emergency. (completely understandable.) What is NOT understandable is that all they offered was a name to another endontist who did not take my insurance and whom I would have to start the entire process over with, including an initial consult and examination, putting me at greater risk for further damage to my tooth due to even more time spent without medical attention. I found a lovely doctor an hour and a half away who was going to get me in immediately and just needed the x-rays by 3 P.M. I asked if they could send the release forms by 3pm, the cut off to when this doctor could book me. They informed me it was an electronic consent. I do NOT have a printer but could have had it printed before 3PM if I was properly informed. 4pm and nothing was sent AND the release required to be printed and signed. I lost my new doctor appointment. The staff spoke to me very condescending. For the reference, many members of my family work in the medical field so I am very familiar with how a PROPERLY and attentive office with respect to their patients behaves. They were a nightmare! Do yourself a favor and find an office who has consideration and some basic decency for their patients!

Excellent dentist and beautiful modern office

Really satisfied with the work and treatment here. I'm afraid after really bad dental experiences in the past. But things are very different here and so far I'm very impressed.

Love this office. Neesha Duggal is a good hearted and gentle dentist. You can just tell she's not out for the buck. They're down to earth and not into selling or scamming like almost all the places I've been to. I'm comfortable every time I go. Front staff is great too.

This place is great. I brought my son in for basic dental checkup and cleaning. Everyone is warm and patient. I'm so glad you're not just a number. I'll be bringing the rest of the fam!

Aweosme Dentist and the girls in the office are so nice too! they actually are happy to be there and its a very pleasant experience
