Dr. Neetu Oliapuram Jose, MD

Dr Jose does not excel in bedside manner via text. As other patients have noted, her “direct” and blunt approach leaves no room for dialogue. Suddenly needing to advocate for myself after not being taken seriously is concerning. While I appreciate clear and concise directives, Dr Jose seems to approach patient care with some disdain or at least some apathy. I hope to connect with a different K Health provider who is better at forming trusting, respectful relationships via telehealth. It’s hard enough needing care — it shouldn’t feel like a punishment to engage with a care provider.

Rare to find a doctor who combined exceptional expertise with genuine warmth and compassion, but Dr Jose excels in both. Being under her care is incredibly comforting. Not only do you know you’re incapable hands, but her warmth and sincerity help during otherwise difficult and challenging time. She guided my spouse and I through some challenging medical issues. We cannot thank her enough and highly recommend her to anyone in need of exceptional care.

Not good. Suggested over the counter meds I’ve already been taking for 5 days. Told me to wait 4-5 more days and follow up. I feel as though I’m getting an upper respiratory infection or bronchitis. Not a good experience at all.

Rude, doesn't listen, doesn't care. Her main concern was my COVID vaccine status.

Super surprised shes leaving since she was definitely the top doc at the practice I went to. And was always super booked and busy. I do hope shes ok and wish her the best on her new chapter.

I received a letter stating Dr. Jose is leaving the location I go to and will no longer be my primary care physician. She was wonderful and I wish her well. Listened and explained things so well, I really appreciated her. I wish her only the best.
