Trying to get a medication refill is the hardest task in the world. I have to call multiple times with waiting time of over 30 mins, if I am not hung up on before hand.

I saw Dr. Khanna in her new medical group in Lake Success, New York. She is a superb doctor: attentive, respectful, humane, never rushed. And she is determined! I came in with the end of a flu and coughing that wouldn't stop. She prescribed one remedy, which worked partially, then I did the atypical male thing and called in to say my cough still loved me and was hanging on. Two more phone calls and two more visits and I am cured. She was not my first doctor, but I am shifting my allegiance! She's that good -- I feel heard and seen as a human being, not simply a collection of badly working parts.

The office staff are kind and professional, Dr. khanna is an excellent Dr. and I am very happy with them.

Bad doctor with an attitude problem. She never smiles; it's not good for a doctor. I never want to get an appointment with a doctor like her.
