Dr Nigam is always incredibly well prepared for my visit having reviewed all my results ahead of time and takes the time to discuss a collaborative plan of care with my husband and I, ensuring all our questions are answered. She is truly the best!!!!

I was initially interviewed by a Fellow who gathered preliminary information to discuss with Dr. Nigam. She was well informed upon her joining the appointment and came with a plan and recommendations. She discussed her plan to inquire why another procedure was being done again since one was just performed less than 2 years ago. I appreciate her attention to this matter.

Dr. Nigam is the best in the business. She took the time to explain every option about an upcoming treatment and made me feel very comfortable about the path forward.

After waiting three months for my appointment, I was truly disappointed I wasted that time. Dr. Nigam kept me waiting for 20" with no apologies. She seemed agitated and rushed through the few minutes she gave me. The staff isn't really that important; the doctor is -- and so are you.

I scheduled an in-person visit with Dr. Nigam and the first available date was three months out. I accepted, since my issues weren't life-threatening. Less than 48 hrs. before my appt. it was changed to a telehealth call, which doesn't work for my issue. I called and told them I was scheduled for an in person appt. and they could care less and offered no apologies for changing it two days before the appointment. The next available in-person appt available is 4 months from now.
