Dr. Neha Parikh Rickson, MD

Dr. Rickson does not listen to her patients. I asked her to keep me on the same brand of medicine but she switched me to a gluten free medicine. When I told her I'm not gluten intolerant she said that all her patients loved this medicine. I did not love it and prefer the brand I was on previously. I believe she was getting paid by the drug company to prescribe this other brand, otherwise would switch my meds if I was happy with my brand. Also she told me to take double the recommended dose of calcium without bothering to tell me that some people can't tolerate that dose. Not did she bother to tell me what side effects I might have on that high dose. I got very sick.

Don’t waster your time with this doctor. She does not care about your symptoms. She shuts down all of your concerns and completely ignores them. She is a check list doctor who has no bed side manor what so ever. Even with tenderness in my neck and around my thyroid she still says well your labs are fine. Not explaining my severe chronic weight loss or tenderness or swollen lymph nodes in my neck.

Very disappointed with all aspects...

One of the worst doctors I've ever seen. She was rude, did not listen, and was terribly condescending. My second visit was to review blood tests / lab results. Dr. Rickson partially stepped into the exam room, handed me the lab results, and said "your results looks normal". This was the extent of her consultation. She did not go over the results, did not explain anything, and had zero sympathy and obviously no time to even step into the exam room and close the door like a professional.

During my 3 minute apt with Dr. Rickson she ignored my questions and did nothing but type on her computer. Im really over this and will be seeking a new Dr.

Dr. Rickson is a great Dr. She quickly found the issue causing my symptoms, diagnosed and provided all of the treatment options. She spent a lot of time helping me select the best course of action for my family and I. She educated me on the side effects of medications and what to expect through the process. When I had any questions she answered them fully. I feel so fortunate to have found her! Doctors who make you feel like a person and really listen to you are rare these day!

Called office because I was having a bad reaction to the new med they put me on. Was told to go to the ER they never followed up with me. Next thing I know they dropped me as a patient but never called to let me know nor tell me that I just need to do blood work

Dr. Rickson's nurse was always very nice and welcoming. The doctor herself was willing to spend time with me as her patient but her decisions and responses to my medical needs were not very convincing. At times I felt insecure about her recommendations because she never comes across as confident and convincing in what she was suggesting. The practice front staff was horrific. I just received a letter that said "thank you for informing us you are no longer our patient..." I never said this. A few weeks ago the office called to schedule my 6 month follow up. It had not been 24 hours since they left me the voicemail requesting scheduling when I received an email with 2 appointments scheduled without my consent. When I called to cancel the appointments the woman was rude to me and did not understand what the issue was. HELLO I NEVER MADE THOSE APPOINTMENTS...I never said I was no longer their patient I just wanted to schedule my 6 month appointments at my convenience not theirs. So today I… got a letter in the mail to my surprise that I had told them so...lol I just want to give warning to anyone considering going to this practice that the physicians and staff are more interested in churning out patients and writing scripts to profit and may not be as interested in patient care as suggested. I was a patient for over 2 years and it was a little unsettling how pushy used car sales people they are about getting you back in MORE MORE MORE.
