Dr. Ghandi is very attentive and caring. Feeling better since I've been seeing her. Everyone in the office. are very nice and helpful.

Dr. Gandhi is attentive, respectful and kind. She is very patient and listens to what you are saying. She has been great in explaining my diagnoses and answering all the questions. The staff is kind and the office is clean.

Dr. Gandhi is excellent, a good listener, very professional. Staff is professional and friendly.

This is my second doctor. The first only gave me pain killers. Dr. Gandhi cares, follows up and is very knowledgeable. My first rheumatologist was out the door to his next patient while I was still talking. Dr. Gandhi insists on being last to leave the exam room.

The front desk is terrible and never answers the phone. The doctor is very short with me and rushes the appointment. I’m just over it! I found someone new.

Was attempting to see the doc, but the front desk obviously doesn't know anything about insurance. I tried to tell them I DO NOT NEED A REFERRAL. They insisted I did. (I do know the ins and outs of the insurance plan that I picked out for my husband's company.) I ended up leaving and deciding to go to another doc, somewhere that has knowledgeable staff. Here is what my insurance provider wrote to me when I told his office about my experience: "What a hassle! I am sorry that the physician’s office didn’t call Keystone when you were there. So you know, on the front of your ID card, the plan is noted as DPOS – Direct Point of Service – the providers should know that this signifies that specialists do not require referral. On the back, it states to “Obtain referrals for radiology, physical and occupational therapy, laboratory and spinal manipulations.” You can point this out to a provider’s office and ask them to call IBX since your card indicates you do not need a… referral. "

Dr Ghandi is one of the most thorough doctors I have ever seen. She listens!! She's compassionate, smart and addresses any issue you may be experiencing. Her staff is awesome and you never wait. As a registered nurse I highly recommend this doctor!

Office staff polite and friendly. Very helpful. Dr, Gandhi spends as much time as you need her to, never feel rushed. Talks about options and give ideas other than just medicine.

While I found Dr Gandhi pleasant and competent , her office staff is not helpful , nor do they assist you with question, concerns or requests. Courtney treats me with zero compassion and acts like it is inconvenient for the smallest requests. A difficult time made more Trying by a staff member who shows zero effort.
