My name is Hany Abdelmessih. Dr. Alkarra was called by Bay Area Regional Hospital to deal with me !!!!! I have concussion, IBS, PDS, dull pain all over my body......Hospital said I must stay over night as my condition is not good. AlKarra with the help of the corrupted doctors and nurses at Bay Area Regional Hospital, said, nothing is wrong with me, and their advice is, follow up with a doctor from your own people !!!! AlKarra and his corrupted doctors are after me to deny me any treatment!!! I sent a letter to the White House for Mr.Trump to help me to clean the swamp !!!! Alkarra, you belong behind bars !!!

Dr. Alkarra is always courteous ----------- That sums up the good. Now for the bad ----He keeps poor records regarding treatments and prescriptions, and their interaction with other drugs. His office staff are rude to patients. You can expect long (2 hours or so) waits in the waiting room and then a rushed office visit. He pays little attention, or forgets / unaware of past procedures and treatments. He seems to have no interest in coordinating with other health providers.

Working with him at the hospital, I saw his compassion and sincerity for his pts. I was seeing another doc at a huge practice and decided that waiting forever, always being see for one problem was enough. When isaw Dr. Alkarra, his front office, nurse, and himself took ample time and very professional bedside manner. I will continue to see him and I have already switched my parents over as well as my entire family. As a nurse, I have seen the bedside manners of many physicians. Dr. Alkarra gets an A+ !!!

I've been seeing Dr Alkarra for about 6 years now. His staff is great, very friendly, courteous and helpful. He has never made an issue of my MA plan. He takes the time to listen, and he looks you right in the eye when talking to you - you can tell he's paying attention. If I am having health issues he'll set a 1 month follow up, if not 3-6 months. I have a few health issues, cardiac, spine, GI. He coordinates all the care well for me, referring me with efficiency and then taking over prescribing all the medications for each specialist. I feel truly blessed to have Dr Alkarra as my doctor. If he hadn't insisted I see a cardiologist 2 years ago, I likely wouldn't be alive today.
