Dr. Neil Colvard Berry, MD

I needed an orthopedic Dr. that would take Workman's Comp. Insurance. Dr. Berry got me in the same day. I loved the staff. I have been 3 times. Only once was it a wait more than 10 minutes. They handled all the insurance side for me with no problems. A really good experience.

Dr. Berry has been great with my 15 year old son. He was called in one evening at Henry General to reposition my son's elbow that had been dislocated during a football game. He was very good with him. We proceeded treatment with him in his office and have really felt very comfortable with him doing surgery on him. You never have to wait over 5 min to be seen. Dr. Berry is a very kind, gentle, and compassionate person. He conducts himself with a professional atmosphere and spirit. I believe that he is genuinely concerned about his patients. His staff is very courteous and friedly. Prior to a orthoroscopic proceedure I was thoroughly briefed and encouraged by Dr. Berry. He has a nice sense of humor that allows the patient to be perhaps somewhat relaxed. I have absolutely no complaints and I highly recommend Dr. Berry for other orthopedic concerns. I have used Dr. Berry on at least 3 different concerns over the past few years.

My son had a simple fracture on his wrist. I paid extra for a fiberglass cast and after only 1 day it is falling apart. They were trying to save money by using just one package of wrap. Also, my son has a wound on the top of his hand that was covered by the cast and will not heal. They did not put the protective sleeve on prior to the cast, just cotton gauze which is already falling apart and filthy. I am demanding my money back and now have to go somewhere else to get his cast redone.
