Dr. Neil Alan Brickman, MD

He doesn't listen... He doesn't care... His indifference almost cost me and my child's life. He came to check on me for less then a minute a day after delivery & sign me out without even finding out how I was doing.

He doesn't listen and he doesn't care. Why did he become a doctor?

THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE. I LOVE DR. BRICKMAN AND HIS FATHER. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO A LOT OF WMEN BUT HIS STAFF HAS PLCED A SOUR TASTE IN MY MOUTH.

I have been going to this practice for ten years now, and I'm ready to find somewhere new. Dr. Brickman is very friendly and professional, and I really like him a lot, but unfortunately the staff in the office is awful! Every time I have called in over the past few years it has been a hassle. I get the feeling from every single employee that they are just trying to get rid of me. Every time I call in I usually speak to multiple people who cut me off as I'm trying to explain what I need, and they keep transferring me until I eventually hit a voicemail machine that states my message won't be responded to until the next business day. Finally, a recent incident convinced me that it was time to switch to a new office. I was written the wrong script for my prescription. I need a refill every 21 days, and he wrote it for every 30 days. The pharmacy instructed me to have the doctors office call them to correct this. So I called and there was a message saying all voicemails will be… handled next day, if you need it resolved today press 0 for operator. So I did and explained to operator that I needed this resolved today, but before I could finish she cut me off and transferred me back to the closed line. So I pressed 0 again to back to her.... I explained to her that I was written the wrong script and the pharmacy would not refill my prescription for another week. And her snarky response was "Well then how are you gonna get it refilled if they won't give it to you?". Um... Hi, that's why I'm calling you. To fix YOUR mistake. After getting nowhere with them, luckily the girl at the pharmacy was able to help me out. I'm not sure why there is such a theme with their office workers. It's unfortunate because Dr. Brickman really is great, but it's just not worth dealing with their horrible customer service.

Dr. Brickman is a wonderful doctor! I trust him and I know that he cares. (I also saw his father many years ago.) He was just as caring as his son. I feel very blessed to have such a good doctor!

Absolutely love Dr. Brickman...he is a very caring doctor whom seems to care...never keeps you waiting and always has time for you...good staff too!

I have been seeing Dr. Brickman for over 10 years. I use to see his father and now I see him.He is a wonderful, caring,attentive physician. I highly recommend him.
