Neil Martin Brodsky, MD

Went to Dr. Brodsky for stomach bleeding. Called for appt in the AM and was accommodated by 3 pm. He was very caring and scheduled endoscopy this next day. I know if I didn't see him I would have ended in the hospital. I had a large bleeding ulcer, but he treated me with expertise and kindness and I didn't need to go to the hospital.

Dr.Neil Brodsky has got to be one of the most caring,down to earth and amazing doctor I have ever seen. Dr.Brodsky speaks directly TO you not above you. He is very understanding and know his craft. Dr Brodsky also returns calls and messages in a day which is amazing because I have a diabetes doctor also from NorthWell who NEVER EVER returns calls no matter what. All the office staff are excellent which makes this here office a pleasure to visit when needed..

I met him first with a video visit in the middle of the coronavirus in NY. My family doctor wasn't available and I had severe stomach pains and didn't want to go to the emergency room. This kind MD spent two video visits with me, arranged labs at quest and cat scan in 12 hours. I had diverticulitis and he prescribed the medication that kept me out of the ER. Just met him this week face to face in his office. He is kind and thoughtful and caring. He treats me like a family member. I am having a colonoscopy in 2 weeks. Bless you and thank you for caring.

I had stomach pain and nausea. I didn't want to do any testing, as I was afraid I guess. Dr. Brodsky was thorough in recalling me when I didn't show for my appointment in followup. Anyway, he did an endoscope and unfortunately I had a large ulcer and later required surgery. I didn't realize how serious it was, but he assured me I would recover and be fine. I was and can't thank him enough.

I went to Dr. Brodsky due to heartburn and occasional food getting stuck. I had the feeling for several months and became worried when I almost choked. I had inflammation and a narrowing which needed stretching. He explained everything and the procedure was easy. Had a balloon dilation and put on antacid medication. Swallowing fine. Experience was excellent as was his team.

Yep- finally took my brother's primary care doctor's advice and went for colonoscopy. Dr. Brodsky made me feel very comfortable, and I am a very nervous patient. Turns out that everything was fine. I am good for ten years, although I do think that is a long time, it is what insurance says is covered. Anyway, the staff and the doctor GI were great.

I had a lot of bleeding on a Sunday night. I did an internet search and liked what I read about Dr. Brodsky. Turns out my son's teacher used him last year and was happy. I called on a Sunday night and he saw me at 730 AM next day. Did lab work and reassured me. I then had a colonoscopy two days later and had something called diverticulosis. He was informative each step of the way and took the time to call my Husband at work with my results as well as my sister. I was very thankful I found him.
