Dr. Cohen was great....5 stars... but the staff gets a poor grade....impossible to reach by phone and when i asked if the report could be sent to my neuro specialist , despite giving the business cars with his contact info , it never was....call to this matter was never answered nor message returned

NO! This doctor has no bedside manner. Barely looked up at me and seemed affronted when I asked him about the side effects of Prolia. He told me if I can find any to please bring them to him. When he called me to tell me I have a life long disease, he did not have my file in front of him to give me the IMPORTANT numbers. Ordered a vitamin test and NEVER called to give the results. To add insult, this doctor went ahead and called a SPECIALITY pharmacy and ordered TWO very expensive medications WITHOUT my directive. I stay in-network for my Dr. visits and called 1 month BEFORE my appointment AND gave them my insurance card information, and they never told me THEY DO NOT TAKE MY INSURANCE and billed me OUT OF NETWORK!! Needless to say, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!
