Dr. Neil J Dash, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Dash for several years. He is the best Dr. I have ever had. I see all these negative comments. Did you ever consider that he has an extremely busy practice. His staff has a lot, and I mean a lot to deal with. His wife, Elise is the office manager, not an easy task to deal with. Some patients are so nasty. Yes, sometimes the wait is long but that's because he spends time with every patient and answers all their questions. It is worth the wait for a Dr. like this.

My daughter was feeling sick at 4:30 pm and Dr. Dash offered to stay after closing hours to attend my daughter. The staff was very helpful and they saw her right away. Antibiotics were prescribed. Very pleased with Doctor Dash's service and practice.

Dr. Dash is very knowledgeable and explains the plan of care in a way that I can understand. He answers all of my questions and has an app that enables me to communicate with Dr. Hoffman, PA with an answer right away. Dr. Dash listens to my concerns and helps me understand preventative care. I am so happy that I have Dr. Dash as my primary doctor and I highly recommend him to others.

Wife is a nightmere...stay away...

Dr. Dash is friendly and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen and explains the situation thoroughly. I am so happy to have such a great primary doctor. I was really sick and he saved me and helped me get the right resources to help with my condition. His staff is no concern to me. What is important to me is the great medical care.

Dr. Dash is a great doctor but after 4 years, my family and I are leaving his practice. His office staff is horrible. They are rude and obnoxious. One in particular, Elise is just down right awful to deal with. She has zero compassion, she's difficult, and needlesslessly talks down to you. It's gotten to the point where I just hang up and call back until someone else answers the phone.....and that's just to make an appointment. God help you if you have an issue that needs to worked out. It's just time for us to find someone new. It's not normal to dread calling or going to your doctor JUST because of the girls he has working the desk. It's a shame too, he's a really kind doctor.
