Dr. Neil Asa Goodloe, MD

I met Dr. Goodloe twice in the ER. He took a very good care of me. My blood pressure skyrocketed due to being in an severe pain. He was very patient with me and I deeply appreciate it. Thank you for caring and taking care of me Dr. Goodloe - Thank you.

After an awful experience at APO I switched to doc Goodlowe, its like going to see a friend that I feel comfortable with sharing my issues with, I have been to many clinics in AZ, CA and TX and doc Goodlowe knows his stuff....no small town "target practice" like at APO, I should have switched sooner!

I had been misdiagnosed with thrombophlebitis by my previous general physician. After no improvement from following doctor's orders I ended up at the Labette Health ER in Parsons, KS. Dr. Goodloe was the on call doctor and was very patient and inquisitive about my symptoms. He did not role his eyes when I informed him I had already been diagnosed by my physician, but that I disagreed with the diagnosis. He ran tests and within an hour diagnosed me with lymphangitis, pending the results of an MRI. I was nearing the stage in the infection where surgery would have been eminent. I truly feel lucky that he was open minded to the idea that perhaps there was something missed in my earlier doctor appointments. Very thorough, very laid back bed side manner, and not an uptight, 'I went to Med School and you didn't' attitude. Loved him!

Had a "WidowMaker" heart attack. CPR and resuscitation was performed. Four ribs were broken No one new how long I was without oxygen. Over a 5 day period Dr. Goodloe did everything to keep me from having brain damage and monitored my vitals and did what was necessary to keep me alive and get me ready for the transfer to a heart specialist. It was not clear that that I had the necessary brain activity. I was given a 7-8 percent chance of complete recovery.At any rate the heart procedure was done and except for some memory loss and complete memory loss of the 10 days or so I was going through this process, I have pretty well recovered.This man has my sincere thanks and I know from talking with the staff at the hospital that he is highly respected by hem.
