I would like to just say that I couldn't be any more pleased and over all satisfied with my entire experience! I knew the outcome would be fabulous being the latter of my friends to have facelifts with DR. Gordon...... but the surprise was how natural my face looks and that I don't look "done" Great experience, Outstanding outcome and More than accommodating staff and nurses!! My only suggestion to people looking..... don't wait like I did out of fear, I didn't have any bruises and barely a headache for my recovery!!

There is a reason why Dr. Paul Nassif (of “Botched” fame) names Dr. Neil Gordon as one of the five best plastic surgeons in the U.S. He is in a completely different league from many of the Park Avenue big-name surgeons you’ve read about. Gordon is one of a handful of doctors worldwide who introduced and refined the “deep plane” technique, which is the gold standard for facelifts. Gordon only does face work (another sign he is the best), one lift per day, and does not allow any other surgical assistance in the procedure. He is a perfectionist. He does not market. He doesn’t have to. Celebrities and people intent on getting the best work possible learn of him through word of mouth. The Split Rock facility is self contained, spa-like, and discreet, if that is your concern (I stayed two nights). As a 66 year old male, I was particularly concerned (OK petrified) re: ANY look of artificiality or feminization. Gordon was only somewhat frustrated explaining to me over two consults that this… was impossible given his technique in that he is operating at a deeper level, and replacing facial structure to its original position. The result is remarkable in a completely organic and natural way. No one will EVER think you’ve had work done; everyone will wonder why you look significantly more vibrant and refreshed. I was about as anxious as is humanly possible going into the procedure. Approaching my 67th birthday looking at least ten years younger (and just much better overall), it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. He is expensive. He is worth it. Dr. Neil Gordon is simply the best there is.

I had a full facelift, eye and neck 11 years ago. I am about to turn 70 and people can't believe my age. I still look 10 years younger which is what Dr. Gordon told me I will look like. He told me I would look "refreshed", and that's exactly how I have looked and felt. He's truly a master at his craft.

Dr. Gordon is the most talented, meticulous and caring surgeon a person could be luckier enough to find. Based on my own experience as well as many family members and friends, there are not enough stars out there to show how blessed we all were to have found him.

Dr. Gordon is the most talented, caring, professional and absolutely wonderful surgeon who has not only enhanced my entire life but those of many of my family and friends. We are have all had the most amazing experiences in the hands of Dr. Gordon and his entire team at the Retreat at Split Rock.

Simply the best. World renowned. I don't usually write reviews. I find most reviews have more to do with the person. Dr. Gordon is an artist and meticulous, he does one per day. I just look like myself as he stated and was back at work in 11 days.

Hoorah for Dr. Gordon. He fixed a facelift I had with a very well known doctor in NYC only a couple of years before. I looked pulled and saggy at the same time. Thank goodness Dr . Gordon was able to fix everything! What a brilliant surgeon! I can’t say enough about him and the care I received at his beautiful facility in Wilton. Five stars at least!

Based on his consultation, I would be concerned to get work done with him. He was arrogant, pushy and aggressive during the consultation (behavior I’ve never seen from an MD) and I’d be worried about his post surgery bedside manner esp if results didn’t end up satisfactory. Do your research, get referrals and make sure to have multiple consultations. I had a Derm in CT who didn’t give approval on him.
