Dr. Neil Thomas Katz, MD

This doctor will not help you, even you have all medical mri report , and he will give you a restriction not related to your job description, how can you do that to the patient, you didnt even give a treatment and instead come back another month to get xray, why not get all treatments same day? after I waited 2 months and still no treatment, why doctor?

Dr. Neil T. Katz is an amazing doctor! The best orthopedic doctor I have seen by far! He's someone who you can trust, you feel comfortable around, and he always make you feel at ease. He always explains everything to me in a way I can understand, and he always makes sure my questions are answered. He comes highly recommended by the nurses and staff at HealthPointe in Perris, CA and rightfully so. He did a wonderful job on my orthopedic surgery for me just this week. I very highly recommend him!!

This guy has the worst bed side manners of any doctor that I've ever visited in my life! He made snide comments about my weight, spoke to me like I was a child and had absolutely no respect what so ever for my feelings when addressing things during my visit. This ignorant monkey should be working with pythons instead of people! Don't waste your time or money seeing this uneducated fool!

Dr Neil Katz is the best!!! He just takes his time to review everything before he makes decision for your best outcome and benefit in the long run. I appreciated this type of practice. I received phone calls for several days after surgery. He went on vacation he advise me to call to be seen while he was gone and not to wait for his return. But to keep my regular spot with him ! He is very skilled and knowledgeable in ortho!! I'm grateful he helped me to use my bum. Leg again after three year injury. Non successful prior to his treatment. Thanks dr Neil Katz

Dr neil Katz was all around kind courtesy and took his time with me. Did many physical test extra X-rays to be sure of what he was looking at and for. He asked for a bit more time to study them to know the best procedure for me!! I appreciate that very much. He was honest not holding anything back! I loved my visit

i have been seeing dr katz for about 9mos and have to say that i think he is just stringing me along ...... i need a hip replacement and all he wants to do is send me to therephy even tho they keep telling me `that it will do no good ... if you make an appt to see him expect to be there for at least an hour and a half after your appt time to even see him .... good luck

Set up an appointment over 2 weeks in advance for 2:00 on a Friday afternoon. At 5:30 the evening before the appointment, I get a call from his office. Dr. Katz wants to leave early on Friday and all the appointments need to be rescheduled. They had only one slot left at 12:30, which I couldn't do. I asked if I could just keep my old time and they had already re-booked someone else in my 2:00 time! The next openings were like 3 weeks later. How unprofessional. Told 'em just to cancel, that I'd find another doctor.

I donâ??t know if he is racist but he was extremely rude to me (I am Hispanic). I had awful shoulder pain and he squeezed it really tight and left my shoulder hurting for two days. He wouldnâ??t let me talk about where it hurt or how I was feeling. The only question he would ask was â??is it better, worse, or the sameâ?? and then he would change my medicine and send me home. When I would tell him my pain was worse and he wouldnâ??t care. I wouldnâ??t recommend this doctor to anyone. All he cares about is getting money from my insurance (Healthpointe).

I'm very disatisfied with this dr., went in there with high hopes after having a bad experience with another dr. I kept all my appointments and even showed up early and still spent an hour or more waiting to see the dr. When I did finally see him it seemed as if I was inconviencing him and he would say things that would contradict the physical therapists and I would mention that to him and his response was.." they are not doctors". I felt awkward and confused by this. All I wanted was an honest answer and the fastest most effective way to heal. I would never recomend anyone to this dr. and I will not be returning to him for any further treatments. I would have rated him zero stars if it allowed.
