Dr. Neil Scott Kaye, MD

He is a Racist and Anti-Hispanic Bigot who falsified reports.

Dr Kaye diagnosed my mother over 23 years ago with anxiety. He put her on Xanax 4x a day at a high dose. He never took her off and stopped seeing her. All these years later she is addicted and is having problems with memory and mood. She tried to see Dr Kaye and he said he did not remember her and can’t help her because he doesn’t see people her age. I am appalled because he started her on these meds so many years ago yet will not even see her to help her with her addiction.

I am a high school teacher who was diagnosed with PTSD by another psychiatrist and a psychologist but Dr. Kaye claimed otherwise on behalf of his client , my school district, in a worker's compensation case. He scoffed when I described the violent student fights that I witnessed over a three week period. He also falsely said that I would have had to fear for my own life, not someone elses, in order to suffer from PTSD. research on the disorder refutes that. He is either incompetent or paid to lie in court documents. Regardless, the school district compensated me for my injury.

This is the first time in many years I have felt comfortable even talking about my experience with Dr. Kaye. I will only say that I believe - based on my personal experience with him - that his primary concern is finding patients to take whatever drug he is working with at that time. I had horrible reactions to the drugs he gave me and in response he increased the dose and/or gave me something to add. I was lucky enough to survive my 9 months under his "care" but barely. I would suggest that anyone considering him as their psychiatrist do some research first.
